Each of our comfortable en-suite guestrooms are equipped to meet your business and leisure needs – with wifi, flat screen tv, a range of teas, coffees, water and biscuits together with complimentary toiletries and warm fluffy towels.

The region is famed for large expansive, sandy beaches where you can be alone to enjoy the fantastic views and wildlife. Those beaches have influenced the style of our decor with comfortable, bright and calming rooms perfect for a restful night and lazy morning after a long day out in the beautiful local landscape.

Our restaurant has spectacular sea views across the Moray Firth. Head Chef Iain Gordon is keen to emphasise that he works with only the freshest produce: “We source as locally as possible.... why wouldn’t we, when we have some of the best produce in the world on our doorstep.”

Our Bandstand Bar was once again named CAMRA Highlands and Western Isles’ Pub of the Year for 2025 (following wins in 2020, 2022 and 2024!). We have an ever-changing range of real ales, and craft keg beers, we’re Five star Cask Marque accredited and in The Good Beer Guide. And every year, we host the Highlands’ largest independent beer festival...

Great Seafood Platter

Thanks to the Bandstand Bar & Restaurant at the Braeval Hotel in Nairn for a lovely meal in their Seaview Restaurant on Saturday night. The seafood platter was fantastic! And my wife tried the cauliflower steak, which went down very well. Our friends loved their sirlion steak and a lovely pork dish. Our table afforded us a great view across the Moray Firth, and Ali was a very attentive waiter. I believe this was the first night of their new menu - so more visits to come! And as is always the case, the real ale was on top form.
